Double Exposure is a variation of blackjack where both dealer cards are exposed. Of course, there are other rule changes that favor the dealer in order to compensate for this. Although the house edge is greater than conventional blackjack, this is still one of the best bets in the casino, provided that it is played properly.

Rules

The usual rules are the same as blackjack except:
Both dealer cards are exposed.
The Dealer wins on all ties, except on a natural blackjack.
Player blackjacks pay even money.
Players can split only once.

Rules that may vary from casino to casino including but not limited to:
The Dealer hits or stands on soft 17.
Tied blackjacks either push or go to the player.
Players may or may not double after a split.
Players double on any first two cards or not.
Players split more than once.
Players may or may not split unlike 10 value cards (for example queen and king).

The following is a list of some actual casinos that offer Double Exposure, their specific rules, and the house edge.

Note: sometimes the game goes by the name "Dealer Disclosure" or "Face Up 21."
