Is it possible to have a system to win at Roulette? How can it be that a gambler can use a system to beat something is completely random? The fact of the matter is, it can't be done - IF the wheel is completely random. If, however, the wheel has a bias, the skilled gambler can pick up on the bias and use a system to be profitable, at least according to Frank Scoblete, who explains the process in his book Spin Roulette Gold: Secrets of Beating the Wheel.
This 229 page paperback book came out in 1997, published by Bonus Books, and some may feel there is little of value here, as the information seems to be outdated - however, the theories still hold true and simply need to be updated for modern times.
This book covers Sector Shooting and Sector Slicing, biased and unbiased wheels, dealer signatures and wheel strategies. The main thrust of the books is to learn how to notice wheel bias, and then what to do about it when you discover it.
However, the reality of roulette and casinos covered in the book is a little different today. The casinos running wheels are normally using high tech computerized versions that pick up and correct bias, which would eliminate the chance to use any sort of system on them. If, however, you learn the tricks in this book and locate a wheel with bias, it would serve you well.
The book retails for around $14 and is worth picking up for the serious roulette student. |
